The Purchaser was G & M Gutter, who outgrew their location in Auburn Hills and tripled the size of their space with this acquisition. G & M Gutter is a family business which specializes in roofing, siding and gutter installation, replacement and maintenance. The seller, Meridian Real Estate Investment, LLC sold the building to Rochester Industrial Associates, LLC/G & M Gutter.
