Steven Silverman has transacted on more than $500,000,000 of commercial real estate, representing over 15,000,000 square feet nationwide.
Steven specializes in the acquisition and disposition of investment grade real estate assets, including single and multi-tenant retail, apartments, industrial, office, hospitality, self-storage, and mobile home and RV park properties. He is also a recognized expert in stabilized, value add, and distressed property auction sales.
Steven has received multiple CoStar Power Broker awards, CREXi Platinum Broker awards, and was named a Top Retail Expert for 2024, 2025, and 2026 by RETHINK Retail. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
As a trusted advisor, Steven represents institutional funds, private equity firms, lenders and special servicers, and high net worth investors in the acquisition and disposition of properties across the country.
Steven earned a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan. Outside of work, his interests include travel, boating, sports, outdoor activities, community involvement, and spending time with friends and family.
