Friedman Real Estate’s Derek DeLaura and Andreanna Grillo successfully completed the sale of an 81,426 square foot Technology Center located at 813 Diligence Drive in Newport News, Virginia. Friedman represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. The buyer, Cove Capital, purchased the property for $13,400,000. Brian Brockman of Bang Realty was the In-State Broker.
