- A 19,350 SF lease/sale transaction in Southfield, MI
- A 14,155 SF transaction in Livonia, MI
- A 13,100 SF transaction with LPL Financial in Southfield, MI
Glen DesRosiers was also named a Top Sales Deals winner for his role in the $11,500,000 Birmingham, MI office sale.

Steve Eisenshtadt, CCIM, SIOR, was recognized for Top Office Lease honors, with standout transactions including:

- A 19,236 SF lease with SAE International in Troy, MI
Robert Gagniuk was also named a Top Office Lease winner, closing:
