Friedman Real Estate’s Kris Parker successfully completed the sale of a 5-acre property located at 6014-6015 E 10 Mile Road in Warren, Michigan. The property, sold by Symmetry Managed and purchased by Storage Materials, will be developed into a 519-unit Self-Storage facility with 77,000 NRSF. Friedman represented both parties in this transaction.
