The tenant, Emhart Teknologies, leased the three buildings that were formerly part of Faurecia North America Automotive Seating’s R & D center, as an expansion of their facilities in Chesterfield, Michigan. Emhart Teknologies, which transitioned to STANLEY Engineered Fastening, a Stanley Black and Decker Inc. company, has a number of worldwide locations to provide fastening and assembly technologies for a variety of industries.
