The properties, Providence Green located in Oak Park, Michigan, and Providence Tower and Providence Place located in Southfield contain a total of 1,310 apartment homes.
These three apartment communities, recently acquired by our client, have a significant amount of deferred maintenance. Tracy Brown, Director of Multi-Family Management at Friedman said, “Friedman will be actively involved in renovating the interiors, exteriors, common areas and amenities of the communities. In addition, Friedman will enhance marketing efforts at each property to achieve their maximum potential.”
