FRIEDMAN LEASES 10,719 SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL SPACE TO DOLLAR GENERAL IN MT. CLEMENS, MICHIGAN

Farmington Hills, MI (February 23, 2011) Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, the Midwest’s leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently negotiated the lease of 10,719 square feet of mixed-use retail space at Stoneridge Plaza, 395 N. Groesbeck Hwy., in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. The landlord, Mattia Properties, LLC, leased the space to Dolgencorp, LLC., who will be using the space to open a new Dollar General store in the spring of 2011.
