Laurel Park Drive in Livonia, Michigan. The new tenants will occupy approximately 15,629 square feet of office space between the recently renovated buildings, Laurel Office Park I and III.

- Kennedy Home Health, a provider of home care services, signed a long-term, 1,694 square-foot lease for its Medicare division at Laurel Office Park I.
- IPswitch, a global technology provider of file transfer and data workflow solutions signed a long-term, 7,206 square-foot lease at Laurel Office Park III.
- Harvey Industries, an automotive manufacturing firm specializing in intake manifolds, signed a 4,278 square-foot lease for its corporate headquarters at Laurel Office Park I.
- ARConcepts, an architecture and design firm, signed a 1,267 square-foot lease for its company headquarters at Laurel Office Park I.
