Farmington Hills, Michigan (August 29, 2012) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, the Midwest’s leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently negotiated the lease of 1,800 square feet of industrial space located at Southfield Research Park, Building S, 21555 Melrose Ave in Southfield, Michigan. The space was leased to 24 Hour Emergency Services, LLC. Brad Smith, Senior Associate at Friedman represented the landlord in this transaction.
