Built on 15.51 acres in 1995 and renovated in 2015, the property is a mission-critical manufacturing facility with access to major employment hubs, freeway systems, and automotive OEMs. Friedman Real Estate’s Jared Friedman represented the seller in the transaction. Radix Equity LLC purchased the asset for $18.1 million.
