Friedman Negotiates Sale of 11,850 Square Feet in Waterford, Michigan

Farmington Hills, Michigan (August 3, 2011) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, the Midwest’s leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently negotiated the sale of a 11,850 square foot industrial/retail building, located at 4667 Dixie Highway in Waterford, Michigan. The seller, Talmer Bank & Trust, sold the building to VB Dixie Highway, LLC. Phil Konopitski, Senior Vice President of Friedman Brokerage Services represented the seller in the transaction.
