Farmington Hills, Michigan (August 21, 2012) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, the Midwest’s leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently negotiated the sale of 2.6 acres of vacant land located at Auburn Road and John R in Shelby Township, Michigan. The seller, PNC Bank, National Association, sold the land to Adel Shina. Paul Feldman, Vice President of Brokerage Services at Friedman represented the seller in this transaction.
