Farmington Hills, Michigan (April 9, 2013) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, one of the nation’s leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently negotiated the sale of 3,294 square feet of retail space located at 1207 Eureka Road in Wyandotte, Michigan. The seller, Monroe Bank & Trust, sold the space to Fallstich Holdings, LLC. Greg Hornby, Senior Associate of Brokerage Services at Friedman represented the seller and the purchaser in this transaction.
