Friedman Negotiates Sale of 3,450 Square Feet in Novi, Michigan

Farmington Hills, Michigan (August 3, 2011) – Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, the Midwest’s leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently negotiated the sale of a 3,450 square foot retail building, located on 43015 Grand River Ave. in Novi, Michigan. The seller, Steward & Stewart Investment Company, sold the building to Kenlyn Properties, LLC. Robert Hibbert, Vice President of Brokerage Services at Freidmanrepresented both parties in the transaction.
