Friedman Real Estate, one the Midwest’s premier full service commercial real estate firms, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Stratis as Market Lead for its Chicago office. In this role, Stratis will spearhead the growth of the firm’s commercial and multifamily property management operations while also supporting the continued expansion of its brokerage operations.
Stratis brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, having held leadership positions at Inland Real Estate, Draper & Kramer, and most recently @Properties Commercial. His strong market expertise, extensive industry relationships, and hands-on leadership style are expected to play a key role in enhancing Friedman’s presence and accelerating its growth throughout the Chicago region.
