Timberland II, III and IV are three of the commercial buildings Friedman now manages in Troy, Michigan, totaling just over 350,000 SF. These properties are equipped with 24-hour card reader access, on-site management, spectacular atriums, and stunning forest views. The Timberland properties are in a superior location adjacent to the I-75 freeway, and are surrounded by a number of hotels, restaurants, and shops, all of which contribute to the property’s desirability.
Friedman also was awarded the management of the historic Waters Building, a 280,000 SF office building built in 1912 at 161 Ottawa, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In addition to office space, the Waters Building houses a large conference facility, and features on-site management, and a full-service restaurant. Grand Rapids had been ranked as one of the nation’s top places to live, with a diverse urban core featuring numerous restaurants, galleries, and shops.
Friedman now handles the management and leasing of a 75,000 SF office/research facility located at 36600 Corporate Drive, in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The hi-tech facility consists of 50,000 SF of upgraded office space, plus 25,000 SF of high-bay flex lab space, and features a theatre-style auditorium that is ideal for large scale training, as well as an overhead garage and truck dock.
Finally, Friedman is now handling the leasing and management of The Wabeek Building, an exquisite, 50,000 SF Art Deco office and retail building located at 280 West Maple, in the heart of downtown Birmingham, Michigan. The building’s unique features include rich marble walls and floors, hand-painted ceilings, and bronze elevator doors.
