FRIEDMAN’S JAMES TUMEY SELLS CORKTOWN DEVELOPMENT SITE IN DETROIT, MI

Farmington Hills, Michigan (August 7, 2018) – Friedman Real Estate, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, recently sold a Corktown development site, one block from Michigan Central Train Station, located at 2019 Dalzell, 2075, 2081, 2087 Vermont in Detroit, Michigan.  Andrus McDonald sold the land to Patrick Beal, CEO of Detroit Training Center.

The purchaser plans on rebuilding the existing homes on the site in addition to constructing a new apartment building in part with a program lead by the Detroit Training Center.
