Friedman’s Steven Silverman, Senior Vice President, Investment Advisory & Brokerage Services recently brokered the sale. The client has plans to re-purpose the properties for premier indoor self-storage facilities. Silverman and his client are actively pursuing empty boxes, value-add shopping centers, industrial facilities, and office properties throughout the United States for additional storage conversion projects.
