Hotworx has leased space for three fitness centers in the Houston area. Brett Levinson and Kyle Knight with Weitzman handled negotiations as tenant representatives in the Houston area. A 2,145-square-foot location in Shops at Woodforest, at 2300 Woodforest Parkway North in Montgomery; a 2,000-square-foot location in the Shops at Cinco Ranch West, at 5215 FM 1463 in Katy; and a 2,000-square-foot location at Yale and 5th streets in the Heights.
Select Fit has leased 2,950 square feet at 3150 W. TC Jester Blvd. from Jester Plaza Ltd. Austen Baldridge of NewQuest Properties represented the tenant. Shoppes at 646, at 828 W FM 646 in League City, is adding two tenants: a 2,100-square-foot Galaxy Nails & Spa, and a 1,350-square-foot location for Q Salon. Jason Gaines of NAI Partners represented the landlord in both leases.
Tidal Wave Auto Spa has ground-leased a 44,456-square-foot retail site in Stableside at Falcon Landing, at Gaston Road and Falcon Landing Boulevard, Katy, from NewQuest Properties. Austin Alvis of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Chris White of Don White & Co. Realtors represented the tenant.
Satya Indian Grocery & Takeaway has leased 3,160 square feet at 5201 Texas 6 South in Missouri City. Laura Diggs and Shaffer Braun of NAI Partners represented the landlord.
Bombshells Restaurant & Bar has opened a 8,900-square-foot location at 13732 Interstate 10 in east Houston. The RCI Hospitality Holdings subsidiary has five locations in the Houston market and plans for three more.
Floyd’s 99 Barbershop will enter the Houston market with a location in the Heights Waterworks redevelopment. The rock ’n’ roll-themed barbershop has signed a 10-year lease with Braun Enterprises for a 1,020-square-foot space at 449 W. 19th. Opening is planned in late January. Jamie Weaver with Edge Realty represented Floyd’s 99 in the lease.
