John-Paul Wolfe

John-Paul oversees key aspects of the company’s acquisitions, asset management, leasing and receivership businesses and will routinely be called upon to provide strategic leadership in optimizing asset values, managing the leasing and acquisitions teams, coordinating distressed property valuations and ensuring standardized reporting for data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
John-Paul has been with Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions since January 2010. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received his MBA in Finance/Real Estate from The American University in Washington, DC. Prior work experience includes 9 years of commercial real estate brokerage and underwriting experience in Chicago, IL.
