Jordan Friedman brings a multifaceted background in commercial real estate, construction, and project management to his role at Friedman, where he advises clients across a range of asset classes and investment strategies. His career began in construction pricing, where he developed a strong technical foundation in how buildings are designed, built, and valued—an expertise that continues to shape his strategic approach to real estate.
Leveraging that early experience, Jordan transitioned into commercial real estate, where he has completed over 2 million square feet of leasing transactions and more than $500 million in investment sales. His ability to bridge the gap between physical asset knowledge and financial performance has made him a trusted advisor to owners, investors, and developers navigating complex market conditions.
Prior to joining Friedman, Jordan held roles at a leading commercial real estate advisory firm and an established contracting company. There, he refined his skills in design, construction, and project execution, gaining firsthand insight into the full lifecycle of real estate assets.
Jordan is also passionate about giving back to the community, actively supporting initiatives that promote growth, opportunity, and long-term impact across Metro Detroit.
