Farmington Hills, MI – (February 22, 2024) We are pleased to announce our new management assignment for 500 River East. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is the sole tenant of the iconic 21-story tower. Several major divisions of the corporation are based out of the 309,728 square foot office building. The 500 River East Tower has been part of the Blue Cross downtown campus since 2011 and is in close proximity to other Blue Cross facilities located on East Lafayette and Jefferson Avenue in Detroit.
